If your account is deactivated/terminated by you or Trusty.care, your identifiable data is deleted after 30 days.
If your unsecured identifiable Health Information is accessed without authorization, we will promptly notify you (or your next of kin if you are deceased) through written notice, by first-class mail at your last known address (unless you have opted to receive such notice by e-mail). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without their parents’ consent.
